Best Colon Cleanse
by D.M. Murdock
It is often said that life begins in the colon. The same could be said of health, which is life. There can be no
doubt that many illnesses begin in the colon and that it is difficult to achieve maximum health and life extension with a diseased colon.
When discussing the colon, it should be kept in mind that over a period of the average person's lifetime, millions of ounces
of food, including many manmade and natural chemicals and toxins, pass through the intestines and colon. These products can and usually do leave
residues tacked to the sides of the intestinal wall. Over time, this buildup can be so accumulated that nutrition barely reaches the bloodstream.
At this point, having an impacted colon can be fatal. Overweight and obese individuals may find that their intestines and colons are severely
clogged with accumulated matter. Even slim people may be carrying a few pounds of fecal matter adhering to the colon walls. It is therefore
beneficial to most people to do a colon cleanse, using a variety of products, including those that remove parasites.
It is claimed that some 85% of Americans possess parasites of one sort or another within their intestines. These parasites,
including many types of worms, can cause a wide variety of illnesses, many of which are created by nutritional deficiencies. A parasite colon
cleanse could be very beneficial for many people. Colon cleansing products designed to kill and remove parasites include many different herbs and

Colon cleansing is possibly the first and most important step on the way to optimum health and longevity. It can be
disconcerting, however, to discover the end products, so to speak, as the cleansing process occurs. It is possible that one may see numerous
parasites expelled, along with much mucus. One famous celebrity, opera singer Maria Callas, was said to have carried around a 25-foot-long
tapeworm before it was expelled. Needless to say, any person with such a creature inside cannot be feeling too well. It was known that Callas
consumed large amounts of steak tartare and other raw meat, which creates the environment for such an infestation. Even if you can't see the
parasites in this obvious a manner, there is still a chance that you have been expelling them during a cleanse, as some 70% of them will be
invisible to the naked eye. If you have had animals around, your chances increase of having intestinal parasites.
The expulsion of parasites and copious amounts of hardened fecal matter and mucus should lead to an increased feeling of well
being, which in turn can greatly improve health in a myriad of ways. With such a development may come a renewed joie de vivre and desire to eat
well, exercise and live a long, healthy and happy life.
